PODCAST: WKFM “THE LICK”

WKFM 107.7 “The Lick” is available on Spotify, iTunes and Google Play. Sydney Hollis and Brad Howe provide everything you’d look for in a classic rock radio station. “The Bad Boys of Classic Rock” are rocking out with their old school, morning drive feel similar to a station in Tampa via 1987. With over 250 episodes, they give it a mix of lively morning drive / drinking beer in the garage vibe.  Running themes including their love for cougars, 80s rock, they hate the Beatles, they LOVE Christie Brinkley, and sporting fat sideburns and a mustache isn’t a gimmick. The podcast caters to those who wanna “Crack Em’ (beers)” and our goal is to make you remember a time when Fort Lauderdale wasn’t a retirement community but a Spring Break destination we won’t tell the kids about.  We try to ride the line of politically incorrect while understanding the boundaries that we can and cannot cross. Our laid back hour long podcast is meant to bring a little bit back in time and did I mention, we HATE the Beatles.  WFKM “The Lick” is for the old school rocker, each and every Tuesday and Friday.
